Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy for Ski Lessons
I. Course Cancellation and Refund
If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson due to personal reasons, please notify us via email (info@plumeridgesnowsports.com). Refunds will be processed based on the timing of your cancellation request:| Cancellation Request Timing (Relative to Lesson Start Date) | Refund Amount | Notes |

II. Special Circumstances
Weather or Force Majeure Events: In cases of severe weather (e.g., heavy snow, strong winds, dense fog) or official ski resort closures, you may choose to:
Retain the lesson fee and reschedule for a later date.
Receive a full refund.
Coach or Company-Related Issues: If the lesson is canceled or cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to us (e.g., coach unavailability), we will proactively contact you to reschedule, arrange a replacement coach, or provide a full refund.
Participant-Specific Issues: If you cannot attend due to sudden serious illness or accident, provide valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate), and we will review case-by-case for potential accommodations.
III. Refund Request Process
Submit a Request: Email us at info@plumeridgesnowsports.com with your name, order number, lesson date, and reason for cancellation.
Review Confirmation: We will respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and inform you of the review outcome.
Refund Processing: If approved, we will process the refund via the bank account information you provide within 10 business days. A refund confirmation will be sent upon completion.
Receipt of Funds: Note that your bank or payment platform may require additional processing time. If you haven’t received the refund 15 business days after approval, contact us via email for follow-up.
IV. Rescheduling
If you need to change the lesson date due to personal reasons, and the request is made 3 or more days before the scheduled lesson, email us at info@plumeridgesnowsports.com. Rescheduling is subject to our availability.
V. Important Notes
All cancellation, refund, or rescheduling requests are based on the time we receive your email.
To expedite processing, include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, payment receipt) with your refund request.
This policy applies to individual lessons. For corporate or custom group bookings, terms may differ as per the contract agreement.
