1. Ski Instruction and Service Effectiveness

  • Coaching services are non-standardized: Learning outcomes may vary due to individual physical conditions, learning ability, and external factors like weather and slope conditions.

  • All instructors are certified (e.g., CASI/AASI), but teaching styles and paces may differ. Clients can select instructors based on course reviews.

  • Right to modify services: We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate lessons due to weather, resort policies, or safety concerns (e.g., snowstorms, closed slopes). We will inform you as soon as possible.

  • If an instructor becomes unavailable due to injury or emergency, we will arrange a replacement with equivalent qualifications or offer a refund.

2. Peripheral Product Description

  • Visual Representation: Product colors and textures (e.g., snowboards, ski wear) may differ from actual items due to display screens or lighting conditions. Actual products shall prevail.

  • Sizing Variations: Sizing is based on official brand specifications, but comfort may vary by individual body type.

  • Availability: Due to seasonal demand, some items may be limited or out of stock without prior notice.

  • Regional Restrictions: Some premium brands (e.g., Atomic, Burton) are only available in specific regions. Refer to the product page for shipping eligibility.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • Safety is your responsibility: Participants must confirm they are in good health and follow safety instructions. We are not liable for incidents caused by negligence or undisclosed medical conditions.

  • Third-party services: We are not responsible for third-party services such as ski resort tickets or insurance products, which are managed by their respective providers.

4. Terms Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Major changes will be communicated via on-site announcements or email.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Your order is only confirmed once we process your payment and send confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to cancel once it's accepted. If we cannot fulfill or need to cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you via the provided email, billing address, or phone number.

Returns or exchanges are only processed according to our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchase is for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon handing the package over to the carrier.
