Lesson prices don't include lift tickets, which you buy from the snow park at its prices. Guangzhou Sunac lift tickets usually include a snow suit, boots, helmet and board; Shenzhen Huafa lift tickets usually include boots, helmet, board or skis (with poles) and a locker. The snow park's own information takes priority. We recommend bringing your own gloves and goggles.
What languages do you teach in?
Mandarin, Cantonese or English. Cantonese teaching or a requested female coach is +HK$200 per lesson; English teaching or a requested coach is +HK$400 per lesson.
How do I book and pay?
On the Guangzhou or Shenzhen lesson page, choose the date, time, length and group size, then pay online. For 5 or more people, private hire or anything else, WhatsApp a consultant for a quote.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation or rescheduling 14 days or more before the lesson; no refund or rescheduling within 14 days. If the snow park closes or we cancel for safety reasons, the 14-day limit doesn't apply and you can reschedule or get a full refund. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Can children take lessons?
Yes. Before booking, WhatsApp a consultant with your child's age and level, and we'll arrange a suitable coach.
What documents do I need from Hong Kong?
Hong Kong residents should bring their Home Return Permit. Other travellers should check the entry requirements for mainland China first.
Can I bring my own board on the coach?
Rules differ between coach companies. Boards usually have to go in the luggage hold, so check with the operator before you travel. Lift tickets include basic gear, so beginners don't need their own.
