Prices are per group of 1–2 people, charged in HKD; JPY prices are for reference only (¥1 = HK$0.05).
Lift tickets, rental and transport are not included; a consultant can book them for you.

3-hour lessons start at 9:30 am or 1:30 pm. Full-day start times are flexible — your consultant agrees the time with you when confirming.

Free cancellation or rescheduling 14 days or more before your lesson; no refund or rescheduling within 14 days. Rusutsu

Rusutsu spans three linked peaks — East, West and Mt Isola — with about 42 km of runs on 18 lifts, topping out at 994 m. Also close to Mt Yotei, with most terrain below the tree line and reliably deep snow; known for family-friendly slopes.

Rusutsu spreads across three peaks about 40–50 minutes' drive from Niseko, with wide groomed runs and plenty of powder in the trees; it suits families and advanced riders alike. Lessons are taught by Plume Ridge coaches.

Before considering an intermediate run, you should be able to do all of the following on beginner runs, consistently and with ease:

3. Safety awareness and habits:a. Always watch the line ahead and anticipate what other riders will do.b. After a fall, move quickly and safely to the side of the run before getting up.c. Know and follow the Skier's Responsibility Code (for example, the person downhill has right of way).

4. Confident on lifts:

Load and unload every type of lift (chairs, gondolas and so on) smoothly and safely, without falling or affecting others.If you are unsure about any of the points above, keep practising on beginner runs.

Rough timeframes (everyone is different)

● Weekend riders (1–2 days a week):○ This may stretch to 2–4 ski weekends (about 4–8 days on snow), because each session starts with finding your feel for the snow again.

Important:

These timeframes assume effective practice — focused on technique rather than aimless play. One or two lessons with a coach is the most effective way to shorten the process.

Safety tips for your first intermediate run

1. Pick the easiest blue run:

Ask resort staff or your coach for the widest, gentlest, best-groomed blue run as your "first intermediate".

2. Don't go alone:

Go with experienced friends, or at least tell someone your plan.

3. Take it in sections:

Don't charge down in one go. Ride a section, stop at the side to rest and look, then plan the next section.

4. Relax:

Your first few intermediate runs may feel like you have "gone back to square one" — that's completely normal. Let yourself ride slower with more cautious turns and rebuild your confidence.

5. You can always bail out:

If you feel completely out of control or frightened, don't push through. Traverse down in wide zigzags, or even take your gear off and walk down (stay to the side and take care).
